NamPost Technology Department is responsible for a vast range of technology services e.g. Courier & Logistics, Postal & UPU related services, SME Loans via its subsidiary PostFin, financial inclusion for Financial Services, financial investments for NSB and traditional Philately.

NamPost infrastructure is challenging as the team ensures that the eight different communications infrastructure technologies are available consistently, seamlessly and securely.

In addition to the above, the team delivers on the following operational and strategic objectives:

• Managing Costs – controlling the impact of Technology spend on the organisation
• Protecting our clients data – ensuring the Technology and cyber security needs are in place ensuring consistent services to our clients
• Compliance – establishing a managed, risk averse culture, complying to the relevant banking governance, risk and compliance structures
• Certification – early adopter of PCI-DSS 3.2 certification
