All SmartCard holders qualifies for hassle free funeral cover.
All you have to do is visit any Post Office around the country, with your NamPost SmartCard Account number and you can apply for your personal funeral cover worth N$5000. All applicants must have a NamPost SmartCard and be under the age of 70 years. Once cover is taken your SmartCard must be used at least once a month. Claim
· Claims will be paid out within 48 working hours.
· Submit your claim with valid and certified documents at any branch.
· Your policies should have been in existence for 6 months since inception
· Accidental death is covered after paying the first premium.
Your family will receive the amount payable within 48 hours, after claim submission. Your policy/policies should have been in existence for 6 months since inception. Accidental death is covered after paying the first premium.
Benefits must be claimed within 52 weeks of member’s death.
