Freight Security

All our line-haul vehicles have insulated bodies offering high standard of security and safety during transport. Where necessary, each consignment is palletized and wrapped to ensure secure delivery at end destination. Each consignment collected is placed on a unique waybill number that also serves as the customers tracking number. A hand-to-hand standard operating procedure is followed, which is checked by a supervisor from collection to end delivery.

All vehicles will be sealed upon loading and resealed after offloading. Seal numbers are recorded and checked by supervisors. There are two drivers on every long-haul vehicle to combat driver fatigue and the risk of accidents. All vehicles are under constant surveillance. A 24-hour control room monitors vehicle speed, driving routes and number of stops. Vehicles are fitted with reflective strips and reflective signage to increase visibility when traveling at night. Our control room is in constant contact with all vehicles via a built-in vehicle communications system. Meanwhile, each truck is equipped with CCTV cameras offering additional cargo security and monitoring. Parcels are sorted and packed in secure warehouses at various Post Offices before loading for dispatch.
