At Mail and
Logistics, we transport, sort, and distribute mail to 136 Post Offices and
mailboxes across Namibia. We provide logistics and supply chain solutions to
our customers within Namibia and worldwide.
The Mail and Logistics consist of three (5)

At NamPost, each mail item and parcel is considered valuable. The quality control team is tasked with speedily attending to any unforeseen incident that may delay or influence the successful delivery of our freight. To determine what customers think about our service, we conduct a biannual national customer satisfaction survey, from where lessons are learned, and best practices shared to improve our service levels as required. We ensure that every member of our staff shares in the responsibility of quality control.
