NamPost has a long history of serving Namibians. As a government department before Independence and a commercialised entity after 1992, NamPost has served the people of Namibia for 119 years. From humble beginnings, it has extended its reach throughout the country and today provides a comprehensive service to customers from more than 140 post offices countrywide.
This Business Unit focuses on the delivery of affordable financial services to all Namibians. It offers an affordable SmartCard Savings Account to any Namibian, using secure, top-of-the-range finger-print biometric technology.
NamPost Courier operates in the market of express domestic delivery of parcels, and is the biggest domestic courier company in Namibia. However, we also has cooperation agreements with international courier operators, therefore we ship internationally and from abroad to Namibia.
Responsible for performing risk-based audits according to the approved Annual Plan; ad hoc assignments requested by Management; assisting in the risk management process of the company; performing forensic investigations.

This department monitors the implementation and managing of the Information and Communications function in the Company. Furthermore, it is responsible for the Business Process Re-engineering in the Company.
