The core objective of Financial Services is to provide access to savings facilities primarily targeting low income Namibian residents. The business unit consists of retail banking through NamPost Savings Bank, established by an act of Parliament and wholesale deposit taking through the Treasury operations. In addition, the business unit manages the partnership with insurance houses to provide befitting insurance coverage to NamPost customers. The department also consists of the Card Services and Project Management divisions. All these divisions are woven together for the best service delivery to our esteemed clientele base.
