Insurance
Insurance cover is calculated at 2% of declared value for parcels with a value up to N$5000.00.
Insurance cover for parcels above N$5000-00 is calculated at 4% of value.
Subject to Excess of:
- Minimum of N$350.00 for value up to N$2500.00,
- Minimum of N$750.00 for value up to N$5000.00 and
- Minimum of N$1000.00 for value over N$5000.00.
No insurance will be considered unless the consignment is insured with NamPost. Insurance charges are exclusive of VAT.
Claims must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from shipment.
Furniture will not be insured.
